SUPER DIET SMOOTHIE

HOW TO MAKE SUPER DIET SMOOTHIE
                                     



Ingredients:

Oats – ½ cup
Banana- 1
Yogurt – ½ cup
Almond – 5 to 6
Honey or Maple syrup for sweetness
Chia or flax seeds (optional)

Method:

1.       Boil ½ cup oats in 1 cup of water and let it cool.
2.       If you have chia seeds soak it in milk or water for 5 mins. ( it is optional)
3.       In Blender add the boiled oats, yogurt and almonds blend it finely.
4.       Now add the banana, chia seeds and honey or maple syrup and blend to the nice mixture.
5.       You can also use flax seeds. Seeds and honey is optional ingredients. You can make it without them. If possible remove the skin of almond by soaking it in water.

Nutritional Values:

1.       An oat meal is loaded with fibers, it has very low calories, helps to lower the bad cholesterol, makes us to feel full, hence aids in weight loss.
2.       Yogurt has power boosting proteins and bone building Calcium. It helps to manage weight and fend off cold.
3.       Almond provides healthy fat, lowers the blood sugar, nourish the nerve system also helps for weight management.
4.       Banana is nutrient dense fruit it is good source of Potassium and magnesium. It aids in maintaining blood pressure and very good for stomach ulcer problem.
