HOW TO MAKE IMMUNE BOOSTER SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1.
Pomegranate
- ½ cup
2.
Blueberries – ½ cup
3.
Flax seeds – ¼ cup
4.
Banana – 1 medium
5.
Kale or any green – 1 bunch
6.
Honey
Blend all the ingredients together to nice mixture and enjoy the taste with the health.

1 1. We can use any kind of berries in dark color
like blueberries, Black berries and Raspberries. But Blueberries is super
immune booster fruit. If the above berries are not available, instead of these we can use gooseberries and Strawberries.
