HOW TO MAKE AVAL UPMA/ POHA UPMA
Ingredients:
Aval – 1 cup
Salt and oil
Coriander leaves
Tempering
Ingredients:
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 2 tsp
Green chilly -2
Curry leaves – 10
Method:
1.
Sprinkle half cup of water in Aval. In
half an hour it will get softer.
2. In
pan temper the ingredient give to temper with 3 tsp oil.
3. Add
the soaked poha to this .
4. Add
some salt and mix it gently with wooden ladle.
5. Sprinkle
some coriander leaves
