AVAL UPMA/ POHA UPMA

HOW TO MAKE AVAL UPMA/ POHA UPMA


Ingredients:
Aval – 1 cup
Salt and oil
Coriander leaves

Tempering Ingredients:
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 2 tsp
Green chilly -2
Curry leaves – 10

Method:
1.     Sprinkle half cup of water in Aval. In half an hour it will get softer.
2.     In pan temper the ingredient give to temper with 3 tsp oil.
3.     Add the soaked poha to this .
4.     Add some salt and mix it gently with wooden ladle.
5.     Sprinkle some coriander leaves

SPRINKLE SOME WATER ON AVAL 

TEMPER THE INGREDIENTS

ADD THE SOAKED AVAL TO PAN

MIX IT BY ADDING SOME SALT

AVAL UPMA IS READY


Nutritional Informations:
1.      Poha is good source of iron, 20 gm of iron is there in every 100gm.
2.      Rich in fiber and Vitamin B complex.
3.      Good source of Prebiotic and very good for diabetic patients.
