BUTTER NUT COOKIES

HOW TO MAKE BUTTER NUT COOKIES


Ingredients:
       Butter- 100 gm
       All Purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup
       Sugar – 1 to 1 ½ cup (According to your taste)

       Egg-1
       Almonds – ¼  cup
       Cashews – ¼ cup
       Baking soda- 1 small pinch
Method:
1.     Melt the Butter and add the powdered sugar with that and mix it well.
2.     Add the egg and batter it finely.
3.     Add the All Purpose flour to the above mixture.
4.     Blend it in nicely.
5.     Make the nuts into crispy powder.
6.     Add the powdered nuts to the mixture and blend again nicely to fine batter with thick consistency.
7.     Preheat the oven to 350 degree.
8.     Now make small balls from the batter mix.
9.     Now in conventional oven proof plate spread the foil cover on it
10.  Make the balls as round shaped by pressing it gently.
11.  You can decorate it by inserting the nut pieces inside that.
12.  Now place the batter in pan carefully with enough space between the cookies  (Because cookies will enlarge while baking)
13. Set the oven to 20 to 25 minutes.
14. After 25 minutes check for the consistency. it should be soft enough.( Need      not be in cookies texture. Because it will get little harder while let it to cool)
15. Take it out of the oven and let it to cool.
16. Now the crispy Butter Nut cookies is ready.

1 EGG, 1 CUP MAIDA, 1 CUP SUGAR AND 1 PINCH BAKING SODA

MIX THE  MELTED BUTTER AND POWDERED SUGAR FIRST

ADD THE EGG AND BLEND IT FINELY

ADD THE POWDERED NUTS AND MIX WELL

ADD THE MAIDA WITH THIS MIXTURE

BLEND IT TOGETHER

MAKE IT AS NICE BATTER MIX

MAKE IT IN DESIRE SHAPES

DECORATE IT WITH NUTS



SET THE OVEN AT 350 DEGREE FOR 20 TO 25 MINS
