WHITE SAUCE PASTA

HOW TO MAKE WHITE SAUCE PASTA


INGREDIENTS:
Pasta – 1 cup
Tomato Ketchup
·        For white sauce:
      Butter -  5 tsp
      Milk – ¼ cup
      All-purpose flour – 3 tsp
·        Masala
     Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
     Garam Masala – ½ tsp
     Salt
     Kasuri methi leaves
METHOD:
1.     Boil the pasta in a pan
2.     In separate pan add the butter, milk and all purpose flour.
3.     Keep the stove in simmer and stir it for 5 minute until it becomes creamy thick sauce.
4.     Now add the boiled pasta to the sauce and mix well.
5.     Add up the spicy powders, salt and kasuri methi leaves to it.
6.     Finally add some tomato ketch up on it.

PICTORIAL:
1 CUP PASTA


BUTTER, MILK AND ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA, SALT, KASURI METHI, TOMATO KETCHUP

BOIL THE PASTA

MIX UP THE WHITE SAUCE INGREDIENTS IN PAN

ADD UP THE PASTA TO IT

ADD THE ALL SPYSCES AND KETCH UP

PASTA IS READY
