APPLE JAM

HOW TO MAKE APPLE JAM   

INGREDIENTS:
·        Apple – 5
·        Sugar – 1 cup
·        Lemon juice – 1 tsp
   METHOD:
1.     Clean the apple and peel the skin
2.     Chop it into small pieces
3.     In pan add the chopped pieces sprinkle some water on it.
4.     Let it cook in simmer covering the lid for minimum half an hour.
5.     Check it in middle to avoid sticking with pan.
6.     Cook it until it gets smashing consistency.
7.     Then add the sugar and cook it again for 10 minutes.
8.     Finally add some lemon juice.
9.     Cook it again for 10 minutes until it thickens.
10. Keep it in dry air tight container and store it in refrigerator.

IN PAN COOK THE PIECES IN SIMMER SPRINKLING SOME WATER ON IT

COOK FOR 30 MINS COVERING THE PAN LID UNTIL IT GETS SMASHING CONSISTENCY AS SHOWN

SMASH IT WITH LADLE AS SHOWN

ADD 1 CUP SUGAR 

COOK AGAIN FOR 10 MINS

ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE

KEEP IN DRY AIR TIGHT CONTAINER

STORE IN REFRIDGERATOR
