SPICY MUSHROOM GRAVY

HOW TO MAKE SPICY MUSHROOM GRAVY

INGREDIENTS:
·        Mushroom – ½ kg
·        Oil – 5 tsp
·        Salt to taste
    Masala Ingredients:
·        Ginger – 1 inch
·        Garlic – 6 pods
·        Shallots (Small onion) – 10 pods
·        Curry leaves – 2 full leaves
·        Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
·        Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
·        Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
·        Pepper corn – 1 tsp
·        Green Chilli – 1
·        Red Chilli – 4
·        Coconut – ½ cup
·        Cinnamon – 1 inch
·        Cloves – 3
·        Cardamom – 1
METHOD:
1.     Collect all the masala ingredients and blend together to the nice mixture.
2.     In pan heat the oil and add the ground masala mixture.
3.     Add salt and let it cook in medium heat for 10 minutes.
4.     Add the chopped mushroom when the masala starting to spit the oil.
5.     Mix the mushroom evenly with the masala, let it cook for 10 minutes.
6.     The mushroom itself watery and spit some water if you need you can add some half cup water.
7.     Once the mushroom is mixed well with masala and cooked switch off the flame.
8.     It goes well with Chapatti and curd rice.

BLEND TOGETHER TO NICE MIXTURE


CLEAN AND CHOP THE MUSHROOMS

HEAT THE OIL IN PAN

ADD THE GROUND MIXTURE AND FRY IT IN MEDIUM HEAT



IN OIL SPITTING STAGE ADD THE MUSHROOMS

COOK IT IN MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE MUSHROOM GET MIXED WELL WITH GRAVY
